Something not right with new Mythique

Hello all,

I’ve just received my new Vitus Mythique vrx 29er, coming from a hardtail 26er.

There is something not right with the way it pedals. The LH crank arm wants to pull to the bottom once it gets past a certain position making it awful to ride and impossible to control at slow speed.

Any ideas before I pull the chain off to see if it still does it without the tension of the chain

Most likely a problem with the pedal or crank. Check the pedal and crank: make sure the pedal and crank are properly tightened and not loose.
