Hey hey!
This summer, I’m planning on executing one of my life dreams; I’m going to do some mountain biking in Scotland. This has been a dream of mine since I got into mountain biking (shortly after I traveled to Scotland), and I can’t wait to experience it.
Has anyone here done in riding in Scotland or is anyone able to recommend anything to me? I’ll be renting a bike and gear when I’m there to make this happen, but even a solid frame and a few miles is enough to satiate me… but if I can put most of a day towards it, I will!
Cheers,

Hi mate,
Best trails in Scotland in my opinion are:
1. Glentress at Peebles
2. Dalbeattie in Dumfries and Galloway
3. Laggan Wolftrax near AviemoreMany people’ll debate that though as we have plenty of choice!
Other highlights are Drumlanrig Castle, the Ae Line, Witches trails at Fort William and Innerliethen, near Glentress.
Check out my blog for plenty of reviews! [url:3be7baap]http://www.mountainbikesapart.com[/url:3be7baap]

I lived and worked up there for 4 years and a attended Helensburgh and Loch Lomond areas most weekends with the boyfriend and all his mountain biking friends at that time, it was some of the most extreme and best mountain biking there is.

Golspie and Glentress are two of my favourites.
