Hi, I’m new to MTBing. When I was a kid I did a few fall downs out on the trails and decided the off road biking thing just wasn’t for me. (I had motorcycles and were much safer).
I did some road biking but as of this year a freind I asked if he wanted to start bike riding and he said" Not on the road, why not go on the trails in Rutland state forest"..
I said okay lets give it a try. I had a Touring bike I was using and was getting pretty beat up on the washed out roads and after 100miles or so I decided to move up to a real bike.
A person whom I trust pointed me to Motobecane and I bought a Fantom Pro DS 52cm.. I love it. I can acually hold a cup of water after a ride now. I’ve put on about 300miles in the last few months and just bought a 29r. GT Sensor 9r expert.
Anyhow, just wanted to say hi.
