Hi All,
I am newbie to this group, have done some riding in the past, but got hooked on it last year, got myself a new bike and ready to hit the trails, however need to learn a lot more, interested in learning more about understanding trails / signs , complexity of trails etc…
I live in the Durham region in Ontario Canada, looking to join a group of Weekend Warriors who don’t mind having a novice along…tried the Durham Forest last weekend loved it, planning to go back during the week.Thrilled to be here!!

Welcome to the MTB obsession. Enjoy that new bike.! Many trail systems now rate their trails like the ski slopes- green circle easy, blue square – intermediate, and black diamond – expert. Some of the newer places will even have the intermdiate trails going off of the easy trails, and then the expert off of the intermediate. That keeps you within your skill level. Ride often and you will be ripping up singletrack of all types soon.
