Need a plate for Reese Outfitter bike rack

I didn’t realize until I got home yesterday that my buddy had unscrewed the 2nd plate on my Reese Outfitter 4-bike rack. No idea why he unscrewed it in the first place, but now I need a new plate. If anyone’s selling or knows where to get one (I’ve contacted Reese and searched online), please let me know.
