Hi I’m new to this forum, been riding DH for about 18 months, started on a giant glory with boxxers, then tr450 with 40s, now GT Fury with 40 float.
Trying to set up my floats is proving pretty difficult, I set my air pressure to recommended setting (65psi) but it felt too springy. I this a feature of the fork? when I tried decreasing the pressure the negative chamber sucks the stanchion down into the lowers apparently reducing the travel.
on my tr450, I run a green spring in the fork and a 400 steel spring on the back. I prefer the softer more plush feel since i had a major arm injury last year and don’t like the jumping so much anymore….. 😢
Any help is still help so thanks in advance….
