Riding on Specialized Enduro Elite 2005 with Manitou Nixon 2005 fork.
Yesterday Iv’e found out that the arch got broken (the one which connects the fork’s lower legs).
Is it nessecery to buy a new fork or should I get just the lower legs?

Depends on the price and condition of the fork, and if you can even get just the lowers. If you can, but they’re close to the same price as a complete fork, it makes sense to get a new fork. The stanchions are the wear parts, not the lowers.
Contact manitou, they may try and hook you up with a replacement lowers for cheap/free.

How did that break?? Those Nixons are pretty strong and thats a reinforced part. Unless it was a manufacturing defect, it would take one heck of a hit to break that arch; probably the type of hit that would also damage the internals of the fork as well. I’d contact Manitou before I rode that fork again.
