Black Rock Bike Buddies?

I’ll be in Portland in June (12th to 25th) and was thinking about renting a bike and going to Black Rock or wherever, just for a day. I will have no vehicle (possibly) and wanted to see if anyone wanted to meet up or car pool there. Anyone of those days in that block is cool. I just wanted to try to set something up so I will know whether or not to bring my gear. Paying for gas is not a problem. Or post ride food.

Bike rental suggestions are welcome also. I found one ([url:1jl3afh2]http://www.fattirefarm.com[/url:1jl3afh2]), reviews and thoughts of them would be appreciated also.
