How many of you use a adjusteble seat post like the speedball R?I am pretty set on getting one because I think I can use it.I just dont see anyone on the trails or on singletracks.com talking about them at all.

its better *in my mind* that they are for super technical trails. where you go a long way in between obstacles. and then want to lower it easy and fast so its out of your way. unless you have to get off your bike and move your seat every 2 miles then save your $$$$ and buy some king hubs.
