Mountain Biking Yucca Pens Unit State Wildlife Management Area

***   Add a review
#205 of 283 mountain bike trails in Florida
#7,166 in the world

The trail head is Florida Fish and game $3 to park but east of this just past the landfill there is a power line on the south side which has parking. It shows up as Seminole Grade. It's primarily gravel and some will ride their cx bikes but I can't recommend that. There are stretches of very rocky trail. The area is primitive, nothing is marked. Primitive restrooms at the trail head.

Yucca Pens is mostly a flat wildlife preserve. But it has lots of gravel roads that crisscross and provide a great area for exercise and workout. I bike a specific route and time myself as to how "in condition" I am. The less time the better my condition and stamina.
