North end of the Shelterhouse parking lot
I'm not sure why this "trail" is on here. I couldn't find any trail in the woods. It is essentially a flat open field of grass with VERY LITTLE elevation. Cost $5 to park if you don't live in the county. You might be better off mountain biking through your local football field . . .
