Nice flowy trail with moderate/difficult climbing. . .most notably when you go west past the Kimmons cutoff. . . Kimmons is moderate and fun.
Timber becomes more difficult in the trees. . .steep climbing and tight switchbacks with some rocks and a root here and there - focus! The top bruches by the High Park fire scar, and then to short section of service road thru the deep forest and out to Arthur's Rock/Howard junction. . .cjeck out the views from atop Arthur's! Howard is a hoot, and flows quick and nice for the first ~1.5 miles, and the it goes down thru many switchbacks (rideable) and techy rock sections - pick your line and commit!
This is considered expert, and for some sections I'd agree
