Review: With all the rain a lot of the single track is not rideable, not recommended for beginners.

Review: good basic trails for all levels or riders. Good muddy spot through all the trails if that is your thing. You can find some good chutes by the entrance of the park

Similar Trail: Capilano Loop

Review: Lots of single and double track, with varying levels of difficulty. Not much in the way of technical terrain, although if you follow the river south toward the Henday bridge, there are a few rooty sections with lots of ups and downs. You can put together 20km of riding easily, and work in as many climbs as you want. Definitely for cross-country riders.

Similar Trail: River Valley Trails.
