Review: Second time here. First time was my first ever time trying lift access riding. This park is tech, tech and more tech which is AMAZING if you like that style of riding but not so much if you are used to the flow trails of other parks (Highland, Thunder, etc). This is NOT a beginner friendly mountain. Green trails are all loose fire roads some serious drainage issues. Here's my reviews by trails: Ridge Run - My favorite last time I rode here with some fun berms and jumps but it appears that the trail was rerouted due to condo construction and 90% of the jumps are gone. The remaining ones were off to the side of the fire road and appeared poorly maintained. With a long fire road to start an finish, we only rode it once this time Flatten 'Em - Looks like they were trying for a flow trail here but it didn't feel fully flushed out. Dirt was very soft so it may be in progress Tango & Crash - Intermediate with a mix of flow and tech but was super blown out during our ride. Felt more difficult than some of the black diamonds we rode. Rockstar - Awesome and challenging with some steep chutes and rock gardens as well as some interesting features. A must ride for the advanced rider Route 229 - Favorite trail of the day. Great flow that rode fast. A sketchy road gap towards the end that could be amazing with a little love. Backside - Wide open ski trail on almost entirely slickrock with some great views Moose Tack - Sweet expert trail with a few small drops. Easy Tiger - Was recommended by one of the lifties but was my least favorite as it was completely blown out with loose marble rock and drainage issues. Lower Rock Garden - Smoothest trail on the mountain. Must hit if you're looking for something close to a flow trail Crater - Great rooty rocky trail with a few little drops and gaps. We spent the better part of the day here and there was never a line which was good because their bike setup for the lifts only allowed 1 bike for every other chair which could take FOREVER if it was busy. On the plus side the high-speed lift got us up to the top in no time. Overall we had a great time but it would be hard to justify making a return trip with so many better parks closer to home.

Review: Rental bikes are clapped out. Total junk. Good staff but minimal effort on Boynes part to run a park. It could be epic

Review: Rental bikes are totally clapped out. I think they are 5 year old park bikes. Total rip off. The terrain is rough but has some really fun lines. The people that work there are nice but this park represents a minimal effort by Boyne to attract summer business. If they ever renew the rental bike fleet I would suggest 27.5" wheels. If your in the area and don't need a rental its fun.

Review: Downhill only, if you don't have a downhill bike don't bother. The "green trails" are just dirt access roads.

Review: Rode this yesterday-IT NEEDS A LOT OF WORK! Many of the trails are difficult because of poor trail building. The bridges that are advertised are mostly flat with not fun variety in the contour-the rocks are placed really poorly and the "groomed" track is just not right!

Review: My first time riding lift accessed trails... great stuff! The 'More Difficult' trails are more advanced than most of that variety. There's ladder bridges, berms, jumps, and all kinds of fun stuff! I highly recommend riding this if you are in the area. Probably not good for beginners, but don't be deterred just because you're the only one without a full face helmet or 8 inches of travel, you'll be fine!
