Yes, no crowds. We rode on a Sunday in June, saw 1 couple. The first 4 miles from the east TH were quite nice, flowy, few rocks. At 3.5 miles in, there were some downed trees that need a chainsaw. At about 4.3 miles, one larger climb starts, somewhat rocky. Nice views from the top, then back down. We ran into a camp with barking dogs at about 5.7 miles and turned back.
Utah Mountain Biking lists this as a "must ride" trail in the Park City area. For the distance from Park City, probably 50 minutes, this really wasn't worth the drive. Better to stay closer to Park City or Heber City and ride those trails.
