Mountain Biking Sticks and Stones

*****   Add a review
#5 of 114 mountain bike trails in New Hampshire
#285 in the world

This is a very cool but very short singletrack loop in north conway. The trail itself is fun and non-technical but there are many beginner / intermediate rock lines right on the trail that are very well made. Nothing bigger than a 2.5 foot drop, but still very fun.

Rider questions

Q: Is this trail part of a network of trails? I'll be up visiting this weekend, and want to sneak in an hr or two of trail riding. I've heard this is a good trail, but should I, or can I, link it up with something else to get 5 to 7 miles?

Loved this ride. A lot of up and down and winding narrow spots. Plenty of roots and rocks to attack or avoid. It was highly recommended by locals and I understood why. Don't skip this ride when in North Conway!

Glad I found this place, fun little 2 mile pump track. Ended up doing five loops. Lots of fun rock features to play on.

Rode 6:30 AM last weekend. The Chipmunk thought it was a little early for tourists. Great warm up. The twist and turns were great fun. Rode clockwise. Warmed I rode a few other trails in the area. Some had some difference in elevation. Like the trails with twist and turns. Rode it last year will be back.

Awesome ten minute loop. The trail can be a beginner friendly trail if the side rocks are avoided and can be more of an advanced trail if the drops and rollers are ridden. I liked it riding counter clockwise.

Place is awesome. As cool as advertised. Lotta twists and turns. Cool obstacles to get some nice air. Ramps and obstacles show up quick. Great singletracks and fireroads under canopy. Intertwines with powerline loop.

Other than the swamps SUPER wet and a lot of standing water. Got a little muddy. Some log paths knocked over, but whatever. Lots of fun anyways.

Awesome awesome time. I loved it!
