Dry trails with only some low lying section flooded or mud. Main fire roads of sand and intertwined single track trails from fat tire dirt bikes .
Lots of sandy areas but fat bike not needed
Hiking only section has been overtaken with atv trails

Large network of trails with lots to explore , area gridded up with sandy fire roads with moto cross single track great for bikes.
