Review: trail was super dry and fast today. Roots and roots are more exposed this year. Makes for some tech and rougher rides at speed.

Review: Fun trail, a little technical. Low advanced. The signage is very good, you can bail just about any time (we had to, as it was 95 degrees, and my son got sick!). Not much elevation change, but you can whip around here for a good hour non-stop having fun and not stopping to look to where you should be. Just follow the trail letters

Review: This is a fun trail. It's well maintained and used to be an old campground. This trail isn't crowded either. I've been out here a few times where I was the only rider on the trail.

Review: Shutes Branch was in good shape. There was a guy doing trail maintenance while I was there and it looked like a good bit of weed eating had been done recently to clear some of the trails near the hillside section.

Review: Pretty fun trail, never crowded but well maintained. Cool scenery being an old campground. Not nearly as much flow as Percy Warner, but not a ton of climbing either. Lots of rocks and exposed limestone. A fun ride.

Review: This is a fun trail. The bulk of the course is short choppy stuff with a lot of rock. I rode my SS (32 x 16) and was hoping for a little more flow. The rock allowed me to work on my low speed balance and handling skills. I will ride this again

Review: Excellent trail! Maintained on a nearly daily basis. The first 2 miles are beginner friendly followed by 7 more miles of mostly technical terrain and rock gardens, with a smooth and fast switchback climb up the "hillside" as a reprieve. Plenty of options and features and lines to take on any given section. Options for rock drops and a couple of jumps too. If you've ridden trails near this one, Shutes Branch is a pretty good mix of Lock 4 and Hamilton Creek, albeit more similar to the latter. The trail has recently been extended to its final ending point back at the main parking lot.
