Head South on the Kettle Crest trail from the pass. At the T, choose left or right, both circle around Sherman Peak and meet up at the back. At this point you can continue on South the Snow Peak cabin and beyond, continue around the Peak, or return the way you came. A nice 2-3 hour ride is to go left at the first T, left again when the trails rejoin out to the Snow Peak cabin. Then, head North to return, and finish your loop around Sherman Peak.
