Trail Description
About this trail
The downhill starts out as a single track winding on top of mixed with boulders and tree lined trail that eventually makes way to a small high desert elevated valley that has a more naturalized bmx track feel to it and then climbs higher among the coastal range that makes up the Ortega valley . This track then heads slightly downward along a skinny trail along the hillside that you may want to proceed with caution since due to last 20 years of erosion the single track may seem in disrepair. This eventually leads to a series of 20-30 switchbacks which on the opposite way back can be treacherous if someone is disrespectfully flying hard back down the other direction.
Overall a great variety and challenging opposite way up the hill but the reward is the downhill which some man. Bikers just decide to shuttle and only do easy downhill route.
