Review: Great trail, even when snow covered. Only 4 stars because it is hard to navigate. We got turn around several times. Trail map may be outdated. Hard, technical accents/descents, but not impossible. Flowy trails near the creek, so a good mix.

Review: Best trail in the Columbia area, with lots of miles available and some fun technical and downhill sections. Trail has some beginner areas, but also some more technical terrain for the intermediate rider. Would recommend entering at the upper entrance near the playground for more advanced riders, and using the Devil's icebox entrance for beginners.

Review: Rode this 6/25/16 on a rented bike courtesy of TryAthletics. The climbs are definitely challenging if you've been riding relatively flat, flowy trails. I give it an intermediate for that, but otherwise it was very manageable for a beginner, with a mixture of fast uphill/downhill sections and enough rooty or ledge climbs to make things interesting. I'll ride this again next time I pass through MO!

Review: We ride this trail often. my boys range in age from pre teen to late teen and there is plenty here forbeach of them. The more familiar you become with the park the more you will be able to customize your ride by selecting different loops to combine. We like to start at the north parking area hitting the deer run trail then combine with springbok by crossing the stream. We ride this out to the devils icebox parking then complete our loop again with springbok back to the north. Deer run is the most technical portion of this route but still quite rideable for an intermediate rider.

Review: Good nextwork of trails that offers everything a cross-country rider would want, even some techy climbs.

The faults? Just two.

First, junctions are poorly marked.

Two, the local population doesn't appear to have the good sense to avoid wet trails. Trail abuse has left trail segments practically unridable/unrunnable.

It's a shame.

Better trail ethics would earn this system a fifth star, imo.

Review: Went out with the awesome weather over the weekend. This was my first time on this trail system. It was pretty busy but not terrible- the worst part by far for me is that the trails are not directional. Nothing worse for me than getting a groove and really moving only to come head on to another rider. Several hikers out as well, but they were friendlier and more accommodating than the guys on bikes. All in all a great trail for around this area. The loose rocks might be my only other complaint about this place. There is some really fun downhill sections, with pretty gnarly rocks and roots, especially when covered by leaves- scary but thrilling.

Review: The beginner trails at the park are Karst, grassland & High ridge. Mostly pedaling, a few spots of technique but not much. My past review dealt with Deer Run & Spring Brook trails. More challenging & fun. As is Sinkhole trail. Lots of erosion on this section, but some really fun downhills too. Roots ... are the biggest con to this trail system. I will still be back many times.

Review: Great spot for beginner or intermediate level rider, had a great evening ride last night. Some really fast single track along the creek and some nice rocky/rooted climbs along the trail along the western edge of the park (can t recall the name of that particular trail). Trails had just a few tacky areas but overall good. Some overgrown areas along but all in all, a fun ride.

Review: These trails are tons of fun, if not just a little bit confusing. Rocky but pretty well groomed with quite a bit of elevation change. Some sections can be a bit overgrown and have low visibility in some areas during summer or late spring. They do have a need for some erosion damage near some bridges. The map is helpful but with all the trails in this area intersecting navigation can get tricky. Take a little extra water and have your flat repair kit handy. (personal experience talking!)
