    Great time...for all!! Ride 3 laps going right adding the little "Loop-de-loop" each lap for a 3.30 mile ride. Great Cardio/leg work. Don't want to ride it......hike it!! Be sure to LIKE Reidsville Mountain Bike Trail. Click the link below, then click "Maps" and select "Satellite" for a better view.     Even though the trail is fairly level, it offers a good Cardio/leg workout. 3 miles from town, easy for a quick lunchtime ride. Great for beginners wanting to get outside and learn to ride.
