From the Balgownie community center turn right to the round about and take the 1st exit onto Foothills Road and that will lead you to another round about to continue going forwards and eventually you will reach another round about and continue forwards again until you reach Peace Grove Miners Federation next to 3 Foothills Road and between the trees and the fence there is a path leading down to the track.
