From Hwy 61 in Winona, Head north to the hidden valley turn. (Across from LaCanne Park) Turn and follow left up to hidden valley. At the entrance, there is a gravel road on the right. Ride the gravel to the top of the bluff, there is an intersection at the top. Go to the right and the plowline loop is about 100yds up.
Rode this 1/1/21 and it was a great fatbike ride with a couple inches of snow packed on the trail from bikes and hikers. It’s a nature-made (technical) flowing trail with no man-made additions that I could see which is what is so great about this trail. Nice elevation, beautiful scenery, pretty good trail signage. Reminds me of the Berryman Epic trail in MO but not nearly as long. It’s easy to access.Thank |
