Review: Pine Hill Park (PHP) is my favorite Vermont trail (so far). There is a bit everything here: flow, rock gardens, fast downhill switchbacks, drops and natural and built structures. It also helps that it abuts my son's backyard so access to the trails is easy when I go visit. There is something here for everyone, from beginner to expert.

Review: Pine Hill Park is an awesome place to ride. Everything is connected really well by the Carriage Trail, and planning routes is fun.

Review: Awesome day of riding at Pine Hill Park: the singletrack was sweet: Rembrandt's Brush, Stegasauraus, Svelte Tiger, Outlook- all of it! Two hours of bliss including a nice out and back cruise on Carriage trail. Could not be better...kuddos to the trail builders and many improvements made to turns and erms through out...love this place!

Review: It's possible that I could grow to like this course. Came here for my very first east coast ride after moving from Michigan. Trail description reads "great single track" which got me extremely excited. Turns out Michigan single track and this single track are a little different. My hardtail made this ride very unenjoyable and I tried riding almost every single path. Moral of the story, don't use a hardtail. If I had a FS I'd probably be happier with this trail.

Review: What a great park, well maintained, drains well, flowy and fun. Took Stegosarus to test my 2d year Mt biking skills and it was a good stretch to up my game. Will have to come back to master a few sections. Intermediate trails all very fun and offer some good speed. What a great surprise and easy access once in Rutland. My favorite get-away ride.

Review: Great trails that are challenging yet fun. Lots of man made and natural features which are very well maintained. People are friendly and the views are good. Hard to believe that right in the city you can be lost InThe woods. Great climbs and DH.

Similar Trail: Saratoga ( SMBA) , Gurney Lane, Glens Falls

Review: I'm fortunate to have this down the street from me. I'm a out of shape 50 year old and the climbs are a great cardio that offer plenty of roots and rocks. Downhill is easier but trails seem a little tighter on the way down. It's fun conquering obstacles that I once couldn't do. Everyone raves about Rutlands little gem. If you're coming from out of town don't be afraid to spend some money at our LOCAL restaurants! Enjoy!

Review: This park is incredible. It doesn't have the most technical trails, but a couple are good (top of half pipe, Stegasaurus, Strong angel). The second half of Half Pipe is a great gravity trail, flowing out onto Exit Strategy, which you can also take at a fast speed. The trails are incredibly well maintained. Trails are very well marked. So well marked, that at most intersections, there is a good trail map showing where you are. It is worth the drive. Only drawback - being th ebest trail in a city, it has lots of people - walkers, joggers, other bikers. A weekday - day is best. I can't imagine a nice summer weekend. Many evenings also have races, as well as group rides. Price to pay for the premier Mountain bike park around.

Review: Pine Hill Park offers a little bit for everyone. Maybe not the gnarliest or the easiest but it is a fun place to ride with fun places to explore. Most trails ride well in both directions. Most technical trails are Stegosaurus, Broken Handlebar and Halfpipe. Most fun trails are Sisyphus, Voldemort, Birches, Shimmer, Underdog(S to N), Exit Strategy.
