Mountain Biking Lake Rim Park Trail

***   Add a review
#212 of 548 mountain bike trails in North Carolina
#5,130 in the world

It's a well marked trail with several water crossings that, depending on recent weather, can be pretty good. At about the 2.5- 3 mile mark if there has been recent rain, it becomes extremely difficult, but can be passable. Worth the ride, and a good place to hit up for a quick ride after work. There are a couple of trails that go off away from the lake that have some jumps and a few that go towards the power lines. There you can find some rock gardens to play in, as well.
