Rider questions

Q: On one hand the written directions say to go to Folsom Blvd and go the river, but on the other hand the trailhead photo shows to go to Iron Point and Prairie Road. Which is correct?

First rain of the season in a four year drought. The trail conditions were perfect. The weather was cool so we couldn't have asked for any better riding conditions.

I couldn't find the mtb trail. There was a few dirt paths but nothing anything major. So I rode nearly 14 miles on pavement. :(

First time around lake today. Didn't know where I was going but found dirt trails near water and worked my way around to freedom bridge and back the other side. Nice to see or discover all the other trails going up towards a Folsom lake. Fairly easy with a couple tough hills on the trails

Mostly decomposed granite walking trail with a couple of rocky sections. Probably good for night rides and beginners.

Great trail, many hills through out, but a great ride. Also has picnic tables along the way, and restrooms if needed. Love this ride!!!

Nice easy trail. watch your head if you are tall, some trees stretching across the trail almost took my head off, some nice jump hills, not too crowded. Nice views riding along the river.* Review edited 3/21/2010
