Very easy trail. Mostly paved. Any time of day you'll see people out here. They even have equestrian trails. My chief complaint is the ticks. Every time(all 5), I've managed to get ticks on me. Wear bug spray! Other than that it's a nice simple ride. Easy to get to as well.

Lake Beresford has the potential for some good singletrack based around the current short lake trails. I use the Spring to Spring paved trail and hit Blue Springs MTB trail, then back. This makes for a good ride variety and extends ride time/ distance.

Nice place to ride with the family especially the paved trail. The two off road trails were not as good. They had a lot of sugar sand and look as if they had not been maintained in a long time. They are relatively short and were fun to go through really fast. Overall nothing special but close to home for me.

Most of the trail here is short, wide, easy and uninteresting. It is also well trodden by horses which pretty much ruins any trail for my liking. Just as you cross under the railway line there are a couple of short trails down to the lake which are worth exploring but you don't really need a mountain bike. Speaking of which, the 2 mile paved loop around the park is pretty good and the adjacent 3.5 mile section of the Spring to Spring trail is a scenic, gently flowing delight. So 5 stars for the paved trail, 1 for the single track.
