Mountain Biking Jame Boyce Park.
#271 of 549 mountain bike trails in North Carolina
Got the directions/descriptions backwards. The park is off Sardis rode. Get on Sardis like you are going towards Charlotte Christian school. About two miles before the school you will see a sign for James Boyce. Make a left it is behind a Prepatory academy. You can get on Fairview and ride that out to Sardis that is what I do.
Enjoy.

These trails are classified as Multi-use. The first trail you can go to will be on your right to the right of the garbage can. None of these trails are marked, This first one is about .47 and is a loop that takes you back to the starting point. Behind the Rest-room shelters you have about 3-miles of trails that go off to the left and right. The trail off to the left near the bottom will take you into McAlpine. If you stay to your left you will go further down. This will be hard coming back up. * These are not McAlpine trails but one of them will bring you in to the park. James Boye Park is a greenway off of McAlpine. Ride with someone if possible as no one runs back that way. Also you will know when you are on the trails when the concrete ends. People for the most part walk dogs around this area, but not deep in the woods. I put 3-miles but cold be more.
