Review: This is in a gated community and the sign says "no hikers or bikers allowed" take this off the site!

Review: The trail is on private property although you can walk through the gate to an office off to the left. We signed waivers and they gave us a map of all the trails on the property. I think it's a bible retreat camp so if it's not busy they'll let you ride but be prepared to be turned away if the camp is full. The trail has a couple technical climbs and two trees down over the trail but are easily passable. Overall it's a fun flowie trail. I laugh at whoever says the trail is rocky!! I was expecting "Moab, Utah" Rocky. There's a few big rocks here and there
