Trail Description
About this trail
The map is at http://data.gc.peachnet.edu/www/clubs/mtnbike/Gmap.htm. The trail is good for rides with children - if you feel too tired you can cut it short at the middle by taking the doubletrack back to the golf field. Not too much climbing, a few technical places. LOTS of animals - deer, bunnies, whatnot ;)

Review: Very good beginner trail. I recommend it for families or newbies as it's not demanding. There is an access road that runs through the middle, so if someone has had enough you can easily bail off and head to the car. Meanwhile, more experienced riders can still have a lot of fun on it just by cranking up the speed - though watch out for joggers/hikers. It will put a smile on my face, but if I'm in the area I'm going to ride Chicopee Woods (unless it's too crowded).

Review: Good trail for exercise. somewhat entraining. not something I would drive more than 15 minute to especially with Chicopee nearby. You can do a lap in about 20 minutes

Review: As someone mentioned earlier, if you're in a hurry & want to get some laps in with almost 100% certainty that you won't find many other riders then this is your trail. It's nice and flowy, Enough inclines to help get your heart rate going. No trail signs so when you get to the flat roads on the back side just look for trail entrances. Overall, I really enjoyed the trail.

Review: Neat little trail on University of North Georgia-Gainesville campus. Not technical at all with gentle grade changes. As has been mentioned already this is a good place for beginners or kids to ride.

Review: Great trail for beginners or for a quick workout. Lots of fast well maintained singletrack. Watch out for walkers and runners. Nothing too difficult and not crowded. Good trail if you're newer and intimidated by more advanced riders.

Review: There are three relatively easy trails here at the College. The Red trail is what I assume is the emergency access trail for the other two. It is mainly some doubletrack and service road. Orange Loop is a windy little trail that can be fun if you really push your speed. The beginning of Orange Loop is also the beginning of the Blue Trail. Neither trail has any hard climbs or speedy DH's. They are fairly short at under 4 miles each Orange is around 2 and Blue is under 4. They are great for exercise and a change of scenery. If your in the area head over to Chicopee and have a blast
