Pretty straightforward on the main parts- some hills can get a little steep and sandy. I've done this a few times just because its close enough to bike to and from my house. There's nothing bad about this trail though, its just easy.
There are a couple of trails not listed on the map, and that's where the more fun is. There are 'legal' trails off on the northwest side of the trails, which are probably the best trails to ride on. These are trails that lead into the neighborhood nearby, so you'll have to eventually turn back when you hit road.
Five miles doesn't sound super short, but in the easy terrain and lack of technical sections, you'll go through it fast. The neighborhood trails are a great way to add some time to this trip.
This isn't really a trail that I'd recommend traveling out of town to see, but if you're in town, its a easy little track to get some riding in.
