Trail Description
About this trail
There are some good riding loops there, and some easy boring riding too.. The orange loop to the east of the river is good (great downhills and tech sections), but there is a pretty long "hike a bike" section along the river. Maybe you can cross the river and get trails on the other side. The blue trail is good too. The orange trail on the west side of the river starts out with a nice technical climb up a wet stream bed.

Review: Went out on the orange trail...90% of it was stone clusters or whole large trees that you couldn't bike over. Trails were challenging even for hikers. Really nice view at the top, but hike it or you will be carrying your bike up and down the mountain.

Review: Very nice trail system in Connecticut. Typical of trails in New England, it can get a bit crowded, and the trails are often rocky and rooty. It is well maintained and there is a good variety of trails.
