I have mixed feelings about this trail. What I like - decent mileage, no difficult climbs, flowy most of the time (not downhill flow like Northshore or CHSP, but plenty of opportunity for decent speed), lots of tree coverage. It's a good place to go if you just wanna burn some calories, or want to work on your high speed cornering skills.
What I don't like - Trees & Tree gates. There are A LOT of tree gates here, and they are narrow... some of them are borderline ridiculous. I have 725mm handlebars, and I still clipped a handful of trees. Anything wider than 725mm would be a liability here.
Thorns - If you go off trail, there is a good chance you'll pick up some thorns. You definitely want to be tubeless here.
Other complaints I'd have are that its a bit crowded and the hikers aren't directed to go in the opposite direction of the bikers. And lastly, there really aren't any TTF's, jumps, drops, boardwalks or skinnies. The most difficult features you'll see here are half pipe style rollers, a few steep drops and a few punchy climbs.
I had the most fun on the field and west loops. "Wrecked Them" and "North side" are similar to EKG at River Legacy or parts of Knob Hills, but in my opinion, not quite on the same level. I didn't really dig the south town that much.
This trail would be a good place to visit in the summer as there is lots of tree coverage and its not too physically demanding.
