I thought three stars was too low for this trail. Tons of potential, and the unmarked single track are pretty cool.

It's been years since I've been here but from what I can recall it was a very nice trail. Not a very good review I know.

MDNR has marked the trail to be 75% cut over. The community of trail users have mounted a campaign to save this gem of a hardwood trail system in NE Michigan, stay tuned!!

State hard wood forest with a combination of flowy single track, open ski trails. The cedar swamp single tracks have a few steep down rooty runs with sharp 50% grade short climbs. Trail system is marked on the ski trails with metal etched map post, while the single track remain renegade.
