Review: Brown's Creek Nature Park is Growing. The trail is currently 7 miles and will soon will more than double. There will be over 10 miles when the new outer loop is complete. We have 3 more trails to build after this outer loop which will bring the total between 15 and 18 miles.

Review: Great place! Surprising hill climbs. Road it last year, it was in better condition then. But between Matthew last fall 2016 and the rain we had last week. Just needs a little work to bring back to 5 stars!

Review: I drive from Chapel Hill 2hrs 15 mins to ride this trail. It's well worth it! The first 2.5 miles will get your heart rate up big time, lots of short but steep ups and downs that flow awesome. Mostly all sand but packs very well and has great traction. No rocks and very little roots on this trail so very fun but with the hills and switchbacks it's still challenging. Parking is excellent with porta-jon and places to change. The area is very clean and the forest has beautiful scenery. Very well marked, someone has done a lot of work here and it shows. Great place to go and hammer out 3 or 4 laps, trust me after that you will be done!

Review: I grew up near Elizabethtown but moved to the triangle area after graduating from NC State 23 years ago. I got into MTBing about 10 years ago and I have been a bike addict ever since. I never would have imagined my home town having a bike trail, let alone such a well built, well maintained, challenging trail with great climbs and flow. It is great to see an organization like Cape Fear Sorba, come together with the town of Elizabethtown, local businesses, and the community to support this project that is a benefit to so many.

Browns Creek has sections that remind me of so many different trails. It has sections that remind me of Warrior Creek but not as long (yet). It is well maintained like Lake Crabtree. It has the flow of RTP trail but with more elevation and longer more challenging climbs. It also remind me of some of the Greensboro Trails. The trail also drains very well with it's packed sand and loam soil consistency.

I try to ride Browns Creek when I go home to visit my Mom and Dad.
