I got more out of this ride than I expected based on the previous reviews. The dirt road is mostly moderate with a couple steep pitches thrown in, but it is pleasant, kinda' scenic, and free of automotive traffic. The downhill is an absolute blast, although it is interrupted by a significant climb midway. But the downhill has great variety with flowy bermed trail interspersed with narrow, watch-yer-handlebars dodging through the pinions, and at least a dozen good optional small to moderate air opportunities--truly a great trail for satisfying riders of mixed ability/aggressiveness.
The only drawback is that it's short, but it's also a fun one on which to do laps.
