Up & down on the Banale villages area.
The route starts at the car park to the left of the church of Stenico (in the direction of Ragoli) in via Brigata Torino. At the signpost for the hiking paths you follow the path 300 “Sentiero San Vili”. After having left behind the theatre “San Vigilio” in via alle Alpi you turn to the right and you keep climbing. At the crossing you turn left and you climb steeply still following the signpost 300. At La Cros you reach a junction with a wayside shrine with a cross, and a solitary shed . You turn to the right! (Do not turn to the left dir. Malga Plaz please) and at the shed you go straight ahead following the bumpy cart-track uphill. After 200 m the cart-track joins a slightly better drive way where you turn right still marginally climbing. Always straight ahead you arrive at a mountain saddle between Stenico and Seo. You keep easily climbing to Seo leaving behind a hairpin bend . You pass by Seo on the main road. You turn to the right at the huge crossroads in the village leaving the village for Sclemo. You arrive at Sclemo, take a left turn , pass by the main square on the main road, and you turn to the left after 50 m. The unremarkable back street joins a cart-track after 150 m taking you out of town and into a forest. The forest path offers you a sometimes steep downhill until it rejoins with the main road near Tavodo. You turn to the left and you take the ring road of Tavodo. At the junction between Tavodo and Dorsino you turn to the left and immediately to the right leaving the main road for the secondary road which you follow to the left in the direction of Dorsino. You cross the Torrente d’Ambiez , and fight your way up to Dorsino. You cross the village straight ahead while you are cycling through some remarkable old archways. These archways between the close-together houses are typical for this region. At an eye-catching junction at the town’s exit you keep left to the steep narrow backstreet road leading you uphill to San Lorenzo . At the next junction you keep right. You reach the striking turn around at the sport centre after a steep ascent. You follow the signs straight ahead to “Moline di Deggia”. A tarmaced road takes you downhill. Here you feel like sitting in a loge with a most impressive panorama view high above the Limaro canyon onto the deeply carved-in canyon and the Monte Casale massif in the background. After a refreshing descent you reach a wayside shrine with a cross . Here you take the bumpy cart-track to the right. It is part of the “Dolomiti di Brenta Bike” round tour which you follow to Andogno. Now you stick to the “DBB” route, cross the main road [30/31], and you reach Premione on back roads. You keep following the “DBB” route which takes you back to the starting point in Stenico.
