From Sorel mainly single track. A bit rocky with loads of technical obstacles. A lot of fun and fast flowing. Stay like this all the way to Crabbe by the rifle range. From there there's a really fast descent into Greve d' lecq. A little bit of road up past the pig farm then into Greve woods. From here it's all the old super J downhill course right through the woods really fast with big and small jumps (chicken runs) super quick corners with a few bus stops to slow the course up a bit. I. These woods there are loads of trails and jumps and all sorts of fun, we just rode through to pick up the cliff paths to carry on to St Ouen. Once out of Greve woods its road for a bit until you drop back into the single track.. This flows right the way through to L'Tacq. At the end of the run there are a lot of steps down to the road, step but rideable. Back on the road for a bit again up to the Island games couse and a blast round there loads of off camber stuff and fast. Pulled off before it started going up hill which is very steep. The ride was pretty much over from here but had to cruise back to Sorel to collect the van. This run was described by Mountain Bike Rider magazine as some of the best single track it had ever ridden and as I live here I have to say it's true.
