Nice and friendly staff that greet you once you enter. They have a nice selection of Specialized and Giant bikes. Each fall they have really good sales in last years models. They offer lifetime free tune ups if you buy a bike there. I bought my Giant Trance there last fall at a 25% discount off MSRP since they were trying to make room for the new year models.
Staff is friendly but not pushy. Had a huge selection of great 2007 close-outs way below msrp. Lots of Kona bikes and frames and tons of other bikes and accessories. Haven't used them for service yet.
