I bought my bike at Tempe Bicycle on Rural Rd almost a year ago. I'd never been there before I made that purchase, but have been back 4 or 5 times since then for a few items and some help with removing my cranks.
This shop is large and carries a lot of different types of bikes. Due to its location, a lot of college students frequent this shop. I see a lot of BMX and cruiser accessories there, but they also stock full-face helmets for the downhillers. The staff is friendly but not fake, and always acknowledge me when I walk in the door.
The layout of the store is nice and they showcase some nice looking bikes right up front. The shop is well organised and clean. When I've taken my bike there, the bike is ready the same day. I went in once because I couldn't remove my cranks and they did it in 5 minutes, using 3 different staff members until they got them loose. Afterwards, they gave me advice on what to do when putting them back on once I finished installing a different chainring.
Overall, I'm very impressed with the shop and trust the staff.
