Store was great and had a very nice selection of bikes, clothing and accessories. Had 9 or 10 employees in the store while we were there and two other customers in the store. One person spoke to us (guy in the service bay) by giving us an acknowledgement with his head. NO OTHERS GAVE US THE TIME OF DAY. Just before leaving someone else walked in and we observed 2 employees ask how they could help. We were in there for about 30 minutes before leaving and was never acknowledge other than by the service department (towards the back). We are up in this area alot but will not step foot in this store again. Only reason I gave this location a 2 is bacause of the selection they carry.

Great place, stopped in while on vacation in Harrisonburg. Kyle showed me around and gave me some ideas on local places to ride. Cool shop with a great selection of bikes, clothing, and accessories. I didn't need their service department, but the service bays were impressive.

Nice and friendly staff that will assist you though the store and inform you on any local rides and trail. Also they have alot of bikes and clothing and there is an organic smootie shop connected to it.

Good local shop with friendly staff. They'll provide good advice on local rides and have a local map package for sale. A little pricey but convenient. Mechanics are helpful and will walk you through repairs.
