I went here to grab some parts and tools to change my 3x9 drivetrain on my mountain bike to a 1x10.
Most of the time when I go to a shop to get a job done i have to make several trips but these guys got me all the tools and parts to knock it out with one blow. They gave me advice on how to do it quickly and effectively. I can't boast about how awesome this staff is enough. These guys are awesome!

Hard to find anything wrong with this shop at all. It's the size of a grocery store and has tons of bikes in stock...mountain, road, BMX, hybrid, kids bikes..just massive selection. Their repair room is bigger than most other shops I've been in. They have a decent selection of used bikes as well as they do trades also. Parts galore, staff is friendly and knowledgeable to boot. Wait, did I mention the other room that has clothing? It's like a completely different shop with all sorts of bike clothing and shoes. Chairs to sit in and get fitted right by folks that know what they're doing. Deep down, I really want to like the crusty old mom & pop shops but the reality is that they never have what you need, always have to wait to order something, etc. RBM typically has it in stock and ready to go. Pricing isn't as good as online, but it's not bad either. Again, we need to support our LBS or they won't be around. I don't see amazon.com supporting any local bike events.

I've been to a lot of bike stores and bought a ton of bikes. The reason this shop is the best I've encountered is because they care. Yes, they're busy at times, and it's smart to make an appt. to bring your bike in and know they need it for a few days, or negotiate up front on how long they can have it. If you take charge you'll be very pleased. Buying a bike from RBM is a great experience. We've purchased 4 bikes in the last 2 years. I was fitted and talked about me and my bike for about 2 hours before I walked out happy as a kid. I brought each bike back for a few tweaks and did not need an appt. I just strolled in with the bike and said I need an adjustment and was taken care of immediately, since I had just purchased the bikes. My bikes cost between $3,000 - $5,000 both mountain and road. RBM is my go to bike expert for anything I need. They're selection is awesome. They are very knowledgeable. They don't work on commission. They'll steer you to the right bike, not the most expensive bike. They stake they're reputation on it. They continue to earn my business time and time again.

Awesome service, great people, very helpful. I'll admit I was a little rude to the people because I had been overwhelmed by visiting 5 other stores that day. I bought a Gary Fisher: marlin and I am highly satisfied with everything. My new go to bike shop.

Like most things in Texas, you will find something that is bigger and better than everything anywhere else. This hop has the "bigger" part covered completely. It appears as though it took over an entire shopping strip including a grocery store, and is about the sixe of most Wal-Marts. It is HUGE!
