The prices are super inflated for simple repairs. The mechanics are sort of stuck up. I don't know everything about bikes but I don't want to be made to feel stupid when I come in for repairs - fixing 'em is your job, not mine. Get over yourself. I was very surprised at the abundant attitude in a store that only ranked #3 in Mtn. Express, seems like the boss would make them try harder.
