Gung Ho Bikes motto is "Just Ride" and they do a fantastic job of getting you out to do that no matter what bike you have. I started out with a Walmart special and I brought it into Gung Ho to have some repairs done. Tell you the truth I was a little embarrassed to bring that bike into their shop but Jay, Penny, and their staff never once justified that feeling. They kept repairing that bike each time I went in which was a lot. Then one day Derrick their service manager said hey John you would be better off checking out one of the bikes we sell here. You would probably enjoy it more and wouldn't have to repair it as much. I sat on that advice for 3 or 4 months and each time I was in they would put my POS back together again. November of 2013 I did purchase a bike from Gung Ho and I couldn't be happier and truthfully I think I might have only put $50 into tubes and a new chain and I ride 5 miles almost daily. Derrick setup the bike for me and he hit the perfect settings on the first try and I love this bike. I won't go anywhere else because in the end you want a shop that cares as much for your safety and enjoyment as you do...and trust me they do.
