WORST! WORST! WORST! I tried several bike shops in Cambridge. I do not hesitate to say ATA CYCLE is simply the WORST. People there do not have knowledge, suggested a wrong item even when I brought my bike with me, and refused to refund. They gave me a store credit, which is useless because they do not have items that fit my bike. The people in ATA CYCLE are very UNFRIENDLY. I wish I could give no star. AVOID ATA CYCLE unless you want to waste your money.
Rated a 2 because the mountain bike selection is severely limited, it caters much more towards road bikes. But, they do have a pretty decent amount of parts and accessories
