Went in to replace a busted chain. Glad that I did. Pete was amazing. Got right to work switching it out and remedied why it happened. Fixed the hangar and some other minor things on the bike and had me out of there in 25 minutes. Place is clean and everyone is friendly. Watching the techs/mechanics(?) working on the bikes and you could see the care and knowledge they had. This will now be my bike shop.
Very friendly staff and have a tool kit outside so you can change your pedals or anything you just bought and cant wait to get home to put it on which is really cool. Also they have a couple of dogs that are friendly and lay around NOT hyper and overfriendly though!
Had a chance to visit this bike shop the other day. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They specialize in TREK bikes. If you are looking to compare bikes (of different brands) at one store this is not the place.
Great bike shop. Mix of road cross and mountain bikes. The full staff help with any questions. I love the fact that they spent time to make sure I was fitted to the bike and made some part adjustments to get it just right. The two shop dogs are great too.
I have to say that I wouldn't want to buy a bike anyplace else. I began my search for a bike here and ended it here. The staff was extremely helpful with all the noob questions that I had to ask. I ended up having an issue with my bike roughly after a month after my purchase, they took it right into the shop and fixed it under the warranty. This is definitely going to be my shop from this point forward!
