I'm glad this happens to be the bike shop nearest me. The shop owners are friendly, super helpful & knowledgeable. After demoing a few bikes, they helped me custom order a Specialized Stumpy 650 . The shop mechanics have helped me out a time or two as well.

These guys get it. I'm very glad I purchased my last bike here and not at a chain or competing local. Besides great service they are knowledgeable and every tip they've given me I've gotten better with. Even after a mis-aligned cable on my new dropper occurred, they actually met me at Palmer Park to do an onsite adjustment after hours. Dedication at it's finest. Great job, guys!

Great service. They put some new pedals on for me in a jiffy. Took him about 3 minutes and minimal charge for it. Going back for a tuneup next.

Great service! I used to divide my service amongst several stores, but now go to Ascent exclusively.

I just wanted to update my review to a 5 star because this shop has stellar repairs and service. Twice these guys have gone the extra mile to get me back on the trail as fast as possible.

Just got my bike repaired at this shop and these guys were first class! They totally took care of me and got me back on the trail faster than anyone else in town offered to. They really made me feel like their #1 concern was to get me riding again. Also, their bike inventory is really strong.

The guys at this shop really take care of their customers regardless of how much (or little) they spend. Their prices are reasonable, and their selection of women's gear (for my wife) is really good. Customer service is really their winning point, though. While in this shop I have seen them work with equal enthusiasm on a $3k full suspension and a $100 kid's bike. They are also extremely knowledgeable about everything going on in the sport, from product reviews, to local events. This is a great store.

This bike shop is a 5 in customer service! The only reason I forced myself to downgrade to a 4 is due to a limited inventory (unless you are a female - then it's one of the better ones I've seen) and there are no recognizable uniforms for the employees. The good news is that their customer service is so good you don't have to seek employees out. However, when they do approach you it takes a minute to determine if they work there or if they are just a really friendly bike enthusiast. Prices seem reasonable, although not killer. I have yet to get anything fixed by them, so I will have to update this rating at a later time. I highly recommend this shop because of their obvious dedication to taking care of their customers. You will feel it as soon as you walk in the store.
