This is the further updated version of the classic Titus long travel trail bike that's still eager to climb back to the top of the hill for yet another run. The perfect bike for high speed fun and technical trail riding. The El Guapo can get down, up and over anything. We've slackened the head angle a degree to 67deg, lowered the BB 5mm to give an on-centre static height, lengthened the top tube by 10mm and steepened the seat angle by a degree to 72.5deg. It's more contemporary, takes longer forks better and makes us smile even more.

The El Guapo has been the hard-riding connoisseur's bike-of-choice ever since the first version came out all those years ago. In its 2012 guise it's the best El Guapo yet. It now sports an exclusive-to-Titus Advanced Thermal Formed tubeset that's at the cutting edge of aluminium technology.

The U-shaped seat stay is ATF formed from a single, continuous tube to boost stiffness while shedding weight compared to other manufacturers cut and welded designs. All in all, it's a lighter, stronger, tuned chassis that still looks like the muscle-toned El Guapo that we've known and loved for so long.

The frame comes complete with all the mod cons. ISCG05 tabs for an easy and strong method of attaching the chain device of your choice. The tapered head tube keeps thing stiff and accurate up front whilst retaining a low-slung cockpit. This head tube also accepts head angle slackening Slackset headsets if you want to see just how far you can go with an El Guapo. The frame is ready for 30.9mm dropper seatposts. The full outer cable routing makes the El Guapo even more UK filth-friendly than ever too.

The El Guapo really shines with an up-for-it rider on board. While it takes the stings and the hits from the trail it also returns a high level of feel back to the rider. This is no soggy steamroller. It reacts to your input.

This is still a rider's bike. You'll have a beautiful relationship with the El Guapo.

For 2013 we're offer two rear shock options. Either Rock Shox excellent Monarch RT3 model (with lockout, pro pedal and rebound options), but also the incredible Cane Creek Double Barrel Air for an unsurpassed performance option.

How can we offer such amazing value for such an incredibly specced machine? Because we are selling direct to you, without the margins that a dealer and distributor would add $$$ to the price - infact this exact frame and shock combo was retailing at $2150 three years ago.

Weight: 3.1Kg (7 Lbs) with Rock Shox Monarch RT3 rear shock.
