Pros Love this bike. Just went for the first ride of the season (snow is melting here in the high country, and the canyon lands are dry and ride-able). This bike is holding up well (have had it for a year). I'm 6'5", and this bike gives me the lowest center of gravity feel on downhills of any bike I've ridden (almost went with a Salsa Mariachi hardtail, but the Scott provided more bang for the buck). Like how easy it is to lock out the rear suspension on climbs.
Cons None other than the weight, but this is the first full-suspension bike (and 29er) that I've owned, so it may not be especially heavy compared with other bikes in the same class.
Rip it up!
